About Me:
Born in the Bronx, I moved to Northern New Jersey at a young age. This is where I started to hone my culinary skills and expertise. Seeking adventure, I moved to California, immersing myself in the mountain lifestyle and discovering a strong passion for food and wine. Despite pursuing further culinary education in Las Vegas, I eventually answered the call to serve in the FDNY which had been a long-time dream of mine. Nevertheless, my dedication to the culinary world persisted, leading me to diverse roles such as cooking, bartending, event planning, and consulting. Each experience has deepened my appreciation for hospitality and fueled my pursuit of culinary excellence. Today, I continue to navigate the dynamic food and beverage landscape, infusing passion, creativity, and authenticity into everything I do.
